I’m Danyel D’Amato, an Italian executive chef, I would like to introduce my self to you.
Is more than twenty years that I work in this sector, I’m have experience in food and beverage management, expert in Italian and international cuisine, (Spanish, south Americans, Japanese, Indian, French), training staff, plain menu, food safety.
I grew up in the Amalfitan Coast (Italy), where I learned the Mediterranean art of cooking, the typical italian recipes, to cook fresh fish, pasta, meat, dessert, buffet for events, preparation finger food.
I had many work experience in Italy and outside (Europe, USA) where you can see on the web searching my name Chef Danyel D’Amato.
I also wrote two books of Italian cuisine, with history and some of my recipes. “ The Divine dishes in the world” ( Italian and English language) and “ Alla scoperta della Costiera Amalfitana” (Italian language).
At this time of my life, I would like, to put all my experience in a restaurant, where I can work together with the Owner and give the restaurant awards and success.
